Focus Clinic:
Leading Change
Presented by: Randi Klein Greenberg
Date: Thursday, April 24, 2008
Time: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
This “hands-on” session will provide participants with a framework to
assess their current situation, develop an expected future state, and select
an effective transformation strategy. Participants will also learn how to
determine which business issues are critical to making the change successful
and how to effectively measure and communicate these tenants of the vision.
Finally, this session will also teach techniques to disarm change “blockers”
and create an environment that builds energy and momentum to empower the
team to change their perceptions and behaviors. These techniques are
designed to prevent “backsliding” so that the team can “hold the gains.”
After this clinic you will be able to:
- Identify and understand the consequences of the errors firms
make when trying to implement change
- Recognize the difference between management and leadership
- Master the change process and the core pattern for successful
change
- Realize the values of an adaptive corporate culture
- Emulate the habits of the lifelong learner
