Focus Clinic: The Makings of a Good Network Analysis

The presentation will discuss network optimization for domestic and international manufacturing and distribution networks. While a brief overview of network modeling tools and techniques will be provided, the emphasis of the presentation will be project management challenges and approach in dealing with a range of issues including poor data integrity, merger and acquisition environments, consideration of qualitative decision drivers, and international modeling. The presentation will also include interactive project examples.

Mike Jones

Mike Jones was named President of St. Onge Company at the end of 2005. Headquartered in York, PA, with more than eighty employees, St. Onge is a highly respected supply chain and engineering firm boasting a wide range of national, international, and Fortune 500 clients. Mike has been with the company for fifteen years. Prior to becoming President, Mike managed the firm’s Supply Chain Strategy practice. Mike has managed network and inventory optimization studies on five continents, for more than seventy-five distribution and manufacturing client companies including such household names as Alcoa, AutoZone, CertainTeed, Hershey’s, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, L’Oreal, Lowe’s, Pepsi, and Procter & Gamble.
